Nigeria’s Minister of Sports, Sunday Dare has sent a strong warning to the Ghana Black Stars ahead of the big game on Friday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
He has charged the Super Eagles to beat Ghana in-front of their own fans in Kumasi in the first leg of the World Cup play-off on Friday.
The Super Eagles are set to arrive in Ghana on Thursday before Friday’s encounter.
After Tuesday’s training in Lagos, the Minister met the Super Eagles players and charged them to go all out for a win.
“We are not going to play draw in Ghana, honestly, we are going to beat the sh*t out of them,” he said. “There is insurance there and there is insurance here,” he added.
Meanwhile, the Black Stars held their first training at the Baba Yara Sports stadium on Tuesday and will have two sessions on Wednesday.
Ghana will host the Super Eagles on March 25, 2022 in the first leg of their double header before travelling to the Mashood Abiola stadium four days later for the second leg.
